We charge a flat rate of $5 AUD for orders below $40 AUD. As our items are thicker than a parcel, all purchases are packed in a protective mailer box and shipped accordingly.


We utilise the services of both Sendle & Australia Post to ensure Australia wide coverage.

We always aim to have your order shipped within 3 business days but during certain events it can extend to one week. If there are any circumstances where it will exceed this, we will do our best to contact you based on the contact information you provide at checkout. Alternatively you can contact us on 

For all orders, an article number will be provided with an email confirming that your goods have been sent. The article ID number will allow you to track your goods online. We are unable to give a timeframe once in the hands of our couriers as they are experiencing temporary delays due to COVID 19.


Our express delivery prices are charged at a flat rate of $8 AUD within Australia. Express delivery is only available within Australia and orders are sent via Australia Post. Our studio is located in Parkes, NSW which is not within the guaranteed next day delivery postcode, so please refer to the couriers website once tracking is received for their current estimates.


Currently we only ship internationally to New Zealand and we use Australia Post for international orders. We charge $12.95 for Standard International shipping with tracking included, please refer to Australia Post for their delivery timeframes. If you wish to order using Express International shipping please contact us for a quote- it can be quite expensive so we will organise this on a case by case basis. We do not cover excess customs, duties or tax charges.


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

In the unlikely event that you should you receive a faulty item, please contact us using the form below within ten days of receiving your order. 

Customers will have a choice of exchange for the same item or a full refund.

The item is required to be returned to us, and return postage will be refunded by hello islie. after settlement on the faulty item.


Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refunds. Gift cards expire three (3) years from the sent date. As our gift cards are digitally created, expiry will happen automatically and we will do our best to contact you close to expiry, however the responsibility of using the value is that of the recipient.
